As we sell personal hygiene products, no returns are accepted. However, a refund or redelivery of the order is possible if one or more items are damaged upon receipt (broken in transit or manufacturing defect) upon submission of a photo.

Canada:
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days. Delivery charges are adjusted according to order size and customer location. Please note, however, that delivery is free anywhere in Canada when the purchase amount reaches the minimum limit for free delivery.

Ecotao cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

International:
Charges are adjusted according to the customer's location. Standard delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 working days.

Normally, a tracking number is available in the shipping confirmation e-mail. By clicking on the tracking number, you'll be automatically directed to the Canada Post website, where you'll find the status of your order. You can also track your parcel by entering your tracking number directly on the Canada Post website www.postescanada.ca. Please note that in some cases, particularly for international shipments, the tracking number may not be available.

It may happen that your package is lost in transit. If you encounter this problem, please contact us by email or telephone. Rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If you have made a mistake in your order, especially in the address or the quantity of products required, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the situation. However, if the parcel is already being delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to make the requested corrections. Also, we would not offer refunds for changes of mind unless in exceptional situations.

Any item damaged in transit will be refunded or reshipped at no additional charge upon presentation of proof.
